PURPOSE: A device of forming partition walls of a plasma display panel(PDP) is provided to maintain the height of the all the walls uniform by forming the walls with a flat punch after forming the walls with a punch having the shape of the walls first. CONSTITUTION: The device of forming partition walls of a plasma display panel(PDP) includes the first and second forming devices(2,4). The first forming device(2) has the first punch(8) having the shape of the walls to be formed and forms multiple walls in interval on the upper part of the wall element on the base substrate. The second forming device(4) has a flat punch(26) on the bottom to press the top side of the walls flat. The walls position on the upper part of the PDP lower substrate.
