COLORED POTATO CHIP PRODUCING METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for producing colored potato chips by soaking sliced potato in a staining solution is provided to serve the potato chip product having various kinds of color. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps of: (i) slicing raw potato into thin pieces; (ii) soaking the slices of the potato in water of 60-90deg.C for 20-150secs; (iii) dipping the sliced potato in the staining solution for 20-150secs; and then (iv) frying the colored potato slices in oil.
