PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing state keeping connection system for a medical system capable of meeting a request for high sterilizing, nevertheless, being manufactured easily and at a low cost. SOLUTION: The connection system is provided with at least a male connection element 2 forming a closed end part of a first system containing sterilized fluid and at least a female connection element 1 forming a closed end part of a second system containing sterilized fluid, and the first and the second systems can be connected in a germ-free state. In this connection system, when the male connection element 2 and the female connection element 1 are assembled, one of them is arranged over the other to form a common predetermined breaking point, and the male connection element 2 and the female connection element 1 respectively have predetermined breaking points at which both of the elements can be broken. The predetermined breaking points are positioned inside the systems containing the fluid.
