PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for intravascular treatment capable of suppressing restenosis after PTCA and having no side effects and an instrument for intravascular treatment using the same. SOLUTION: The material for intravascular treatment has an extracellular matrix containing a nitrogen monoxide donor and the instrument of intravascular treatment has the material for intravascular treatment and a holder for holding the same.
