PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical or medico-technical product manufactured from a biocompatible polymer material, capable of being formed into an arbitrary shape simply at a rational cost and useful for accelerating the propagation of cells when used in medical treatment. SOLUTION: A medical product has a melt blow fiber structure comprising a biocompatible polymer material formed into a three-dimensional structure having a porous structure accelerating the propagation of cells and can be used as an implant or an extracorporeal organ substitute in mankind and/or veterinary medicine.
