PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain composition which maintains a high f0×Q value and has a high dielectric constant and good τf stability. SOLUTION: This dielectric porcelain composition comprising calcium, strontium, titanium, a rare earth element (Ln), aluminum and oxygen, represented by the composition formula: a(Ca1-tSrt)TiO3-bLnAlO3 [(a)+(b)=1; 0.6<=(a)<=0.75; 0.25<=(b)<=0.4; 0.005<=(t)<=0.2]. |
