Watercraft is provided with respective equipment for performing cleaning, as well as lowering and hoisting jobs. Watercraft is adaptable for running through shallow waters. Transport facility is provided with cargo space for receiving the watercraft by docking it. Both watercraft and transport facility may be used for operation in deep water. To this end, watercraft is placed on transport facility. Complex is propelled by engine and propulsion plant of watercraft. EFFECT: extended range of jobs conducted in shallow waters and at sea where high seaworthiness is required; avoidance of long-term work for adaptation of equipment to type of water area. 2 cl, 3 dwg
