SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical composition inhibiting the growth of malignant neoplasms and tumors in mammals and method of treatment of cancer patients and method of treatment of mammals with viral infections. Composition has a mixture containing N-chlorophenylcarbamates or N- chlorophenylthiocarbamates and derivatives of N-phosphono-glycine that are herbicides in the ratio from 10: 1 to 1:10.
