Electrode formed as metal plate is mounted in vertical position in the center of hopper, in parallel with its opposite walls, which serve earthed electrode for capacitor. Electrode formed as metal rod is positioned so that it coincides with axis of symmetry of hopper. Hopper cylindrical surface serves earthed electrode for capacitor. Such construction of apparatus provides fast and effective heating of grain to required temperature and convenient adjustment of high-frequency generator operating mode.
