Method results to the enhanced efficiency of decrease of brain edema by inhibition of cyclooxygenase synthesis of prostaglandins from arachidonic acid in early period of treatment. Invention can be used for treatment of patients with progressing brain edema arising as a result of craniocerebral trauma. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
