PLANT FOR POSITIONING OF SIDE GATE VALVE ONTO CHRISTMAS TREE CROSS-MEMBER UNDER STREAM

SUBSTANCE: plant has device for fastening of it to Christmas tree cross-member and mechanism for turning of side gate valve in plane perpendicular to well axis. Plant fastening device is made in form of plate and provide with chain clamps. Plates has link lugs and link pins rigidly connected to plate. Mechanism for turning of side gate valve is made in form of adapter spool and two pairs of levers. Lever pair are located symmetrically relative to plane of turn and have common rotation axis and connected by vertical posts. The latter have screw joint provided with reducing gear drive from hydraulic motor. Adapter spool has link pins and link lug. Levers are connected in pairs with plate link pins and with link pins of adapter spool for rotation relative to pin axes. Spool link pins are located in recesses of levers for motion.
