SUBSTANCE: the separator has a separation chamber and a magnetic system made in the form of a yoke for rotation about the axis, attached to the yoke are vertically magnetized and radially positioned magnets, the separation chamber is positioned vertically between two non-magnetic disks, fastened to which radially at an angle of 90 deg. are four magnets with a similar magnetic polarity and magnetic moments of one disk directed to- wards the magnetic moments of the second disk, the disks are fastened in the horizontal axis so that the magnets of one disk are turned relative to the other disk through an angle of 45 deg. for changing the distance between the disks and the rate of their rotation. EFFECT: enhanced quality of concentrate due to effective break-down of conglomerates, extraction of additional amount of magnetic material and continuous operation of separator. 1 dwg |
