railway transport; railway cars diagnostic and repair equipment. SUBSTANCE: proposed trolley has frame and several pairs of rotating wheels 3 mounted on frame. Each wheel has side thrust surface 4 and is rigidly secured on floating axle 5 with movably fitted-on arc-shaped pusher. Axle 5 is fitted for movement in cylinder and it is provided with compression spring. Trolley locking mechanism is found on frame. With trolley being rolled onto flange of wheelset II, arc-shaped pusher engages with wheelset, thus relieving wheel 3 and pushing it off rail 12.
