PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing cyclosporine A. It solvent-extracts cyclosporine A without filtering a culture solution, involves no drying process and uses silica gel chromatography. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing cyclosporine A is characterized by adding lower alkanol solvent to the culture solution of Tolypocladium inflatum mutant strain to obtain extract; changing the extract into lower halogenated hydrocarbon solvent; treating the obtained solution, if required; and filtering and performing silica gel chromatography.
