SUBSTANCE: the device has a working tank with product inlet and outlet pipe connections, generator and radiator of acoustic vibrations, generator of electromagnetic modes, and a radiating antenna. The antenna consists of a ceramic casing accommodating two contours of transverse parallel plates made of metal with different electronegativity. The plates of one contour are positioned between the plates of the other contour.
