The dispenser (8) with a pouring lip is mounted on the neck of a bottle and is covered by a protective cap (18). The dispenser comprises a base which is clipped on the outer edge of the neck. The internal side surface of the cap is friction fitted onto the outer side surface of the dispenser base and these two surfaces comprise a projecting lug (27) and notch for their angular locking.
