<p>The present invention provides a method for determining expression levels of one or a multiplicity of target proteins in a tissue or cell sample by the use of immunohistochemical staining of target cells and determination of optical density of the cells. The said optical density is compared to a calibration curve generated from control cells whose expression level of the target protein is known.</p> |
