PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the deformation process of a local area by accurately measuring the three-dimensional shape of an object which varies significantly in the direction of the normal vector of a local plane depending on place. SOLUTION: A mobile measuring vehicle 18 carrying a camera 12 and a slit camera 28 is placed on a semicircumferential track fixing block 16. The camera 12 and the slit camera 28 are movable also in the vertical direction. To measure the deformation process of the local area, a soft fabric with a grating pattern thereon is affixed to the object.
