<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for chemical substance detection capable of measuring, with high sensitivity and on a real time basis, various chemical substances including those produced in deposited relation on impurity particles such as dioxin, in the case of a method and a device for chemical substance detection for identifying chemical substances such as environment polluting substances existing in the air or for measuring their concentration. SOLUTION: This device has a chemical-substance decomposing means 10 for decomposing an object substance of detection deposited on impurities and desorbing a chemical substance peculiar to the object substance, a chemical- substance detecting means 30 for detecting the chemical substance, and a filter 50 for selectively introducing the chemical substances into the detecting means 30. The object substance is indirectly detected based on a result of detection of the chemical substance.</p> |
