PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new structure of an organic EL display equipment and its manufacturing method, which has few dark spots, high reliability, and excellence in display quality. SOLUTION: The organic EL display equipment which has an organic layer 13 pinched by a 1st electrode 12 and a 2nd electrode 15 and an insulated film 14 for separating an organic layer is constructed in such that a part of insulated film 14a is formed on the organic layer 13. Moreover, in the manufacturing method of the organic EL display, the insulated film 14 is formed after the organic layer 13 is formed.
