PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of separating an electroforming layer from a metal base body without damaging an electroforming object or the metal base body when an aperture grille is manufactured with an electroforming. SOLUTION: A first metal layer is plated to an exposed portion on a surface of the metal base body, which corresponds to an end of the aperture grille, the first metal layer has a contact strength of 50-300 gf/cm to the metal base body. Thereafter, an aperture grille shape of electroforming layer is obtained, as the target metal is deposited on an exposed metal surface which includes the first metal layer surface of the metal base body using an electroforming, and then a resist layer is eliminated. And then the first metal layer part of the electroforming layer is stripped off from the first metal layer end part of the metal base body. Stripped portion is maintained, while stress is applied to the aperture grille shape of electroforming layer and/or the metal base body to separate the aperture grille shape of electroforming layer from the metal base body.
