PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform loading by surely inserting a disk table into a disk cartridge, and surely positioning the disk cartridge. SOLUTION: A cartridge main body 34 is provided with recording and/or reproducing openings 35 and 36 for making a part of a housed optical disk 30 face outward in a diameter direction, and a center opening 37 for inserting the disk table 58 of a disk rotary-driving mechanism 53 for rotary-driving the optical disk 30. In the peripheral edge of the center opening 37, a table insertion guiding part 37 is provided to be abutted on the peripheral edge of the disk table 58 entering the cartridge main body 34 so as to guide the insertion of the disk table 58 into the cartridge main body 34. In addition, on the outer peripheral part of the disk loading surface 58a side of the disk table 58, a cartridge insertion guiding part 59 is provided to guide insertion into the center opening 37 of the cartridge main body 34.
