PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain installation cost, improve working efficiency by facilitating installation and maintenance, and improve water cut-off capability. SOLUTION: Two basic blocks 10, constituted of concrete integrally consisting of a bottom board 11, side boards 21, 22, and a top board 23 are tightened for jointing. Edge blocks 40, 40 are connected to both ends thereof to be integrated by fasteners, such as bolts and nuts 14 and an anchor reinforcement 16. At a part of the top board 23, an opening 24 is provided, and a cover 30 which is openable is attached to the opening 24.
