PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely activate a program present on a reception side from a transmission side. SOLUTION: An activation directory 1 for control file reception is provided on the reception side and whether or not a control file is transmitted is confirmed as required with a specified interval. When the file is present, the contents are read and a specified program is executed.
