PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low reflective member with a low refractive index layer having a sufficiently low refractive index to produce an antireflection effect, formed by solvent coating with a general-purpose solvent at a relatively low temperature and having high adhesion, wear and scuffing resistances. SOLUTION: Relating to the low reflective member with a transparent supporting substrate and a low refractive index layer having a lower refractive index than the substrate, the low refractive index layer comprises a hardened body of a mixture containing a specified hydrolyzable silane compound and/or its hydrolyzate and a hardening accelerating component comprising one or more selected from phosphoric acids, sulfonic acids and a silicon dioxide flux. |
