<p>A combination of a wristband (14) and watch (12) which includes a tubular wristband (14) having an inner layer of material (16), an outer layer of material (18), and a watch (12) placed therebetween is disclosed. The inner layer (16) has a slit (20) formed therein and the outer layer (18) has an opening (24) formed therein. The slit (20) and opening (24) are substantially aligned. The watch (12) has a base (28) and a face (48) attached to the base (28). The opening (24) includes button-hole stitching (26). The face (48) includes a rim (50) and a recess (52) is formed between the base (28) and the rim (50). Once the watch (12) is in place, the stitching (26) fits snugly within the recess (52), thereby securing the watch (12) within the opening (24).</p> |
