A method for treating a pancreatic disorder by local administration of a neurotoxin, such as a botulinum toxin, into a cholinergic influenced, exocri ne pancreas or endocrine pancreas, thereby reducing a secretion from the inject ed pancreatic tissue and effectively treating the pancreatic disorder.
