The clamp (1) consists of at least two clamping-plates (6) which can clamp a stack of paper (5) between them. The clamping plates are movably fixed to a holder (2,3,4) and can be raised parallel with each other. Each clamping plate turns on a tong-arm positioned on a support element (3) so as to move at right angles to the plane of the clamping plates on a rotational axis (R).
