METHOD OF FORMING CAR WIRE HARENESS HAVING TWIST WIRES, AND CAR WIRE HARENESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the total strand number of electrical wires used in the splice processing of twist pair electrical wires. SOLUTION: A first set of twist pair electrical wires 100 (110, 120) wires among two sets of twist pair electrical wires 100, 200 are stripped off at their intermediate coat portions to expose their core strands. The exposed middle portions of the core strands are spliced with exposed ends of core strands of a second set of twist pair electrical wires 200 (210, 220). Terminals are connected to ends of the first set of twist pair wires and connected to connectors.
