摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrostatic charge image developing color toner by which a stable image of low luster can be obtained while giving sufficient fixation and a stable image of high luster can be obtained without substantially changing fixing conditions in a fixing system which changes luster degree of the image by changing heat quantity and pressure given to the toner. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing color toner is distinguished by containing a resin A which contains at least a binder resin and a colorant, in which endothermic peak temperature of the binder resin in a differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) is in a range between 55 deg.C and 75 deg.C, a maximum peak in molecular weight distribution by gel permeation chromatography(GPC) is in a molecular weight range between 5000 to 20000 and components having molecular weight of >=1×105 is 3 to 20 wt.%, and a resin B which has endothermic peak temperature in DSC higher than the endothermic peak temperature of the resin A by the DSC by at least 10 deg.C, a maximum peak in molecular weight distribution by the GPC is in a molecular weight range between 500 to 5000 and which has no component having molecular weight of >=1×105.</p>
