PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge whether or not the owner (user) of an information processor carries the relevant information processor with him/her (or exists near the relevant information processor) and to perform suitable processing operation on the basis of the state of carrying/not carrying the information processor with that owner (user). SOLUTION: This device is provided with a transmitting part 302 for transmitting a signal, which can be received only within the range of a prescribed distance, to a predetermined watch type information processor 101, a receiving part 303 for receiving a reply signal from the watch type information processor in respect to the signal transmitted by the transmitting part 302, a judging part 304 for judging whether or not the reply signal is received by the receiving part 303, and a processing operation control part 305 for performing prescribed processing operation on the basis of the judged result of the judging part 304. |
