SOLUTION: This work standard preparation system describes a work for each work standard with one operation phrase representing the operation of the work, one target phrase representing the object of the operation and one comment phrase representing auxiliary information about the operation and/or the target, inputs the work and stores the three pieces of phrase data inputted about each work standard together with identifiers in a memory.
