PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting element wherein reduction of the luminance due to temperature rise of a light emitting diode can be suppressed and durability can be improved by improving the radiation of heat when the diode is emitting light. SOLUTION: A light emitting diode 2 is provided on a substrate 1, the light emitting diode 2 is covered with a light transparent layer 4 formed by melting a flake-like glass material. |
