PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit the use of an information signal processing function provided in a telephone communication terminal while considering not only rules such as laws applied to the party of communication but also the will of a user as the party of communication. SOLUTION: A country code, that a base station for repeating radio waves from the portable telephone terminal of the call originating source has, is transmitted to a telephone terminal (call terminating terminal) on the side of the target party of communication.
