PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead wire fixing structure of a compressor motor of high reliability which reduces working man-hours and improves workability, when a lead wire part is installed. SOLUTION: This motor is constituted of a plurality of windings 7a-7f, wound around a stator 4, a plurality of winding terminal receiving parts 8a-8f, which accommodate terminal parts 9a-9f of the windings 7a-7f at intervals in the peripheral direction of the stator 4, a terminal board 21 accommodating a plurality of lead wires 23 for supplying a power source to the windings 7a-7f in the peripheral direction of stator 4, and a plurality of connection members which connect electrically the plurality of winding terminals 9a-9f with the plurality of lead wires 23.
