PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated type shared device capable of obtaining desired electric characteristic concerning the laminated type shared device to be used for a communication apparatus. SOLUTION: The transmission output terminal 1b of a transmission filter 1 and the reception input terminal 2a of a reception filter 2 are provided on the side surface of a laminate 5 forming the laminated type shared device. An antenna terminal 3 is connected with the terminal 1b by a phase correction circuit 4 provided at the outer peripheral part of the body, and the terminal 3 is connected with the terminal 2a by the circuit 4.
