PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board-fixing structure which can surely perform insertion and fixing of a board to a case, using an easy constitution. SOLUTION: A first plane part 18a and a second plane part 18b which constitute a board clamping part 14 are formed almost perpendicular to an A/C-ECU board 10 and in contact with the A/C-ECU board 10, without making gaps. As a result, the A/C-ECU board 10 is wrapped stably. The A/C-ECU board 10 is screwed in the vicinity of a connector 10a, with a screw 20 from the almost vertical direction. As a result, the A/C-ECU board 10 is forcedly fixed to an ECU case 12, and fixing is maintained by coping with an external force in the insertion direction which is applied to the A/C-ECU board 10.
