PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finely processed X-ray image contrast grid. SOLUTION: The X-ray image contrast grid is equipped with a main body, having aperture parts and an X-ray absorbing substance is provided in the aperture parts. The aperture parts are formed using various fine processing techniques, and the X-ray absorbing substance is formed in the aperture parts using various coating and bonding techniques. The image contrast grid has a surface processed into a tiered form, in order to improve converging function. Compton scattering X-rays in a non-vertical two-dimension are removed by the image contrast grid. The aperture parts can be formed by an invisible fine structure in most image-forming modes. |
