PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic flowmeter with high responsiveness to the actual flow rate of the output signal by increasing the sampling rate without being affected by the differential noise, and provide a filling apparatus using the electromagnetic flow meter with excellent reproducibility of the filling quantity of each container even each filling is achieved in a short time. SOLUTION: The measured value when the fluid flows is set to zero by the measured value when no fluid flows. The error between the actual flow rate and the measured flow rate is set to be the same by synchronizing the timing of opening a valve with the timing of application of the exciting current of the electromagnetic flowmeter by the synchronous signal.
