The manufacturing method involves placing a thin net of glue (8) on a laminated assembly. The laminated assembly comprises a first layer (1) whose surface is fixed by glue to a first surface of a second layer (2). This second layer has a mesh structure and carries on its second surface free projecting buckles (4). The glue is placed on the first surface of the second layer by a nozzle (7). This placement is made under controlled conditions of glue viscosity and flow rate. The glue net divides and disengages from the mesh zone and transforms into longitudinal and/or transverse cords (9).
