PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system monitoring device capable of outputting inside information regardless of the operation of an inside CPU in a simple constitu tion. SOLUTION: This system monitoring device for monitoring a state that an inside CPU 2 is operated through an inside bus 4 according to a control program stored in a memory 3 of a target system 1 by using an outside debug device 8 is provided with an inside bus address comparing circuit 6 for detecting information related with access to the inside bus 4 by the inside CPU 2 based on the information of the inside bus 4 in a real time. In this case, the information related with access to the inside bus 4 is outputted to a debug device 8 side in the timing of the access so that the state of the inside bus 4 can be outputted in a real time while the inside CPU 2 is operated. |
