PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordering system which can cope with customer requests, such as purchase, selling, delivery or the reception of labor service in a future specified period and an electronic transaction system with which a customer can safely place an order. SOLUTION: In an ordering system, a period mediation server is inserted and connected between the terminal of the customer and the terminal of a distribution service dealer via an electronic information network. The customer divides order date/time and effective order date/time immediately prior to the desired distribution date/time and concludes a temporary order contract at the mediation server. The customer can arbitrarily change and cancel the temporary order contract until the effective order date/time. When effective order date/time arrives, substantial order is released from the period mediation server to the terminal of distribution service dealer. |
