PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficiently erasion of a memory which cannot be overwritten and cannot be erased with a byte unit. SOLUTION: When write-in data is sent from a main body processing device 2 to a storage device 1, a control means 1b stores data in a first storage medium 1c, and writes it in a new sector or a block of the storage device 1. Also, a flag F1 indicating existence of write-in is provided for each block, when data is erased, written data is erased referring to the flag F1. Further, when a whole storage region is erased, only a block in which data is already written is erased referring to the flag F1 indicating exist of write-in. |
