PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method and a system by which a user will not utilize various advanced applications by selecting and performing a processing instruction of them but rather on a system side analyzes the intention of the user to select an advances application, its use form, its output destination and its output medium and controls them. SOLUTION: An advanced application, its use form, its output destination, its output medium, etc., are grasped as the intention of a user, and the intention of the user is presumed on the basis of the positional information of a keyword and a word extracted due to the morphological analysis of an inputted sentence to perform processing, on the basis of the presumed intention. |
