PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a card system at low facility cost. SOLUTION: This system comprises an entrance/exiting processing machine which is provided at an entrance and exit of a specific area, a transaction terminal machine which is provided in the specific area and can perform specific transaction processing for shopping, etc., a decision means which decides the validity of an IC card as a credit card when data are sent and received between the entrance/exiting processing machine and IC card, and a control means which allows entry into the specific area through the entrance/exiting processing machine and allows specific transaction processing by the transaction terminal machine when the IC card to/from which data has been sent/received is decided valid. |
