<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device of which the data transmitting speed between a semiconductor device and a system controller and the like is increased. SOLUTION: When H data is transmitted, fundamentally, an input buffer 22 takes in data using a rise edge in complementary two strobe signals. When data is L, fundamentally, the buffer takes in data using a fall edge in complementary data. As delay quantity of data varying from L data to H data and that of a rise edge of a strobe signal are almost same, data can be received at high speed in accordance with variation of delay owing to polarity of data.</p> |
