PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the disadvantage that the directivity of radiation can not be measured and the defect that a black-bulb thermometer (globe thermometer) of conventional technology is easily affected by wind outdoors and has inferior response when the black-bulb thermometer is used. SOLUTION: A radiation fluxmeter is provided which has a composite parabolic condensing(CPC) reflecting mirror in a three-dimensional shape and uses a black-coated copper sphere as a heat collector.
