The invention relates to an electro-hydraulic controller, for a passenger vehicle gearbox, with a control block, which is formed from a unitary housing and has, on a first surface, an arrangement of magnetic valves and the respective pressure feeds and a second surface is formed as a closure, for fixing over an opening in a transmission bell-housing. The interior of said control block comprises shift cylinders, with axially displaceable shift pistons, each of which is addressed by a shift arm, arranged such as to create a contact patch with a follower of a shift fork in the gearbox, for transmission of forces.
