A management system for an information communication network system in which an information communication service provider can grasp the degree of provision of the communication service quality for a client by managing the failure time of the information communication network system. The management system (10) of an information communication network system comprises means (12) for recording the time when a failure of the information communication network system starts, means (14) for recording the time when a supervision center (30) contacts with the client upon recovery from the failure, and means (16) for calculating the duration of the failure from the time of the failure start and the time of the contact with the client.
