PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer an organic electric field light emission element having along life and an excellent durability. SOLUTION: The organic electric field light emission element is comprises of at least one layer containing at least one sort of compounds expressed with formula (1) which is sandwiched between a pair of electrodes. In the formula, a naphthyl group of substitution or non-substitution is expressed by Ar1-Ar3 each independently. Ar4 expresses a phoenyl or naphthyl group of substitution or non-substitution and R1 and R2 independently and respectively express a hydrogen atom, a normal chain, branch, or cyclic alkyl group, an aryl group or an aralkyl group of substitution or non-substitution, and Z1 and Z2 express each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a normal chain, branch or cyclic alkyl group, an alkoxy group, or an aryl group of substitution or non-substitution.
